All you need is a handcrafted Halloumi from Cyprus, a piece of saddle of lamb, currant and Gravy.Β
You can grill your lamb how ever you want. We like to sharply sear it from all sides and put it in the oven with 80Β° heat. In the meanwhile cut the amazing halloumi in the shape and size you like. Heat up a heavy frying pan with clarified butter. Frye the halloumi from both sides till it gets some nice grill strips. Take out the lamb and chop it into a size that fits your halloumi. For the finish touches you give the halloumi & lamb combo a good gravy drizzle and top it off with some currant.
