So cancel your netflix account, this Valentine's Day will be Garrotxa & Chill. Well, the only thing that needs to be chill actually, will be the bubbles and ice cubes.

The spanish Garrotxa Goat Cheese though can be served at room temperature which is probably climaxing right now. Garrotxa Cheese is named after the region in catalonia and is traditionally made from Murciana-Goat’s milk and matures for about 8 weeks in a cave. You’ll have it best with a Pear-ass-fruit, juicy grapes and tasty nuts. Have it as a starter, as a dessert, as a main dish or as a side to some bubbly Champagne or Chardonnay. It’s gonna do its job in any way.
